This is the first leg of our recent Singapura-Tangkak-Damansara trip. A wonderful trip, I must say, for being all about Family, Food and Friends.
We left for Tangkak on a Saturday afternoon. It was our first time to Mak and Mak Uda's houses (feels good to own your own land, really) I love the fact Gunung Ledang is only 10min away and that you can see the peak shrouded in mist from our windows. Ilhan slipped into his Budak kampung mode really well. Went for a dip at the air terjun Gunung Ledang on Sunday whwre Ilyas got more than just his feet wet.
Qurban was on Monday, and there was a lot of food going around. Caught up with sedara-mara yang jumpa setahun/dua tahun sekali.
